Project Highlights

Hopkins – GRSi subject matter experts discuss enterprise performance, complex problems and innovative IT solutions, and development/revisions to strategic plans needed to facilitate achievement of agency goals and objectives in a cost efficient manner.

NIH – GRSi IT experts participate in multiple NIH IT working groups, discussing and planning for agency initiatives, reviewing performance information related to IT infrastructure, and developing agency-specific strategic roadmaps aligned to strategic initiatives.

SPAWAR – GRSi is aiding the Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP) and NAVAIR pre-material support date (MSD) programs in achieving ISO 9001 certification, identifying and collecting specific performance metrics to demonstrate project efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.

Marine Corps - We designed and developed workflows for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Marine Corps Intelligence Agency (MCIA) supporting programs for more than 17 systems in total, bringing orders of magnitude improvement to process flow and tracking.
