GRSi provides IT infrastructure modernization and architecture design, software engineering, technology assessment and insertion, and multi-tier IT Service Management to 10,000 direct users and more than 100,000 indirect users. By leveraging our more than 600 subject matter experts, CMMI-ML3/DEV appraised processes, and industry best practices such as ISO coupled with our Agile best-practices, GRSi delivers excellence.

Leadership

GRSi's Leadership Team provides our clients and employees with the cross-functional expertise to drive mission needs forward. All of GRSi is a support structure for our employees, which starts at the top of our organization. This leadership team drives our culture of innovation and investment in our people and their careers, which in turn delivers tangible results across our clients' enterprise IT environments. When employees are constantly supported and invested in, they will continually improve service to their end users, and GRSi's leaders provide the direction and culture that makes this possible.

David Affeldt

President
As a career computer scientist, Dr. Affeldt provides technical and organizational leadership to GRSi that delivers best of breed technology and talent, with a passion for innovation and results to GRSi's clients. Prior to GRSi, he served in various CEO and CTO capacities for private and publicly traded technology companies, with portfolios valued as high as $1.1B. Dr. Affeldt is an industry-recognized technologist (Top5 Tech Company in Maryland) and business leader (2019 Maryland Tech Council CEO of the Year). He holds a B.S. from Towson University in Human Factors Engineering and Computer Science, an M.B.A. from Loyola University, a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management, and is CSM, PMP, and ITIL certified.

Diane M. Yarnell

President, Health IT Programs
As GRSi's President of Health IT programs, Ms. Yarnell oversees all corporate operations and the Health IT business portfolio while serving as a direct extension of the President. Prior to this role, Ms. Yarnell directly managed the Health IT and Commercial portfolios for GRSi, including all NIH, CMS, FBI, and Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab programs. She brings an in-depth knowledge of talent management and integration, program management, performance and quality management, strategic partnering, benefits management, workforce and partner development, and personnel security. She has been with GRSi since 2001, and holds an MBA with a certificate in Organizational Development from Mount St. Mary's University.

Kelly Baldwin

President, National Security Programs
Mr. Baldwin directs and manages all National Security programs across GRSi, leveraging his established reputation across NIWC. He has been an integral part of the GRSi family since 2015, leading the platform integration business unit inside of the Integrated Cyber Operations team based in Charleston, where we focus on communications systems and hardware installation for the Navy. Mr. Baldwin has significantly contributed strategically not only in defense areas, but across the company. Prior to GRSi, his accomplishments and career highlights are numerous, managing large and complex programs that provided him with a deep understanding of our National Security clients’ missions.
